How do I place an order?

When you want to order an item in our webshop, first choose the desired size and color. 
Add the item to the shopping cart and choose whether you want to continue shopping or go to the checkout.
When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen. Check your shopping cart and then click on "checkout"
Enter your shipping details and any dicount code. Click on next and choose where and when we can best deliver your order. 
After this the payment screen appears. Indicate which method you would prefer to use and continue the payment process. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. 

I would like to place an order but cannot select my country when paying, what now?

We currently deliver shoes to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria and the United Kingdom. Do you not live in any of these countries but do you still want to order shoes? You can! We are happy to make you a personal offer. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the following information:
The item you want to order
The color and shoe size of the item
The address where we can send the shoes.
You will receive an e-mail from us within a few days with a personal quote. 

What should I do if I have entered a wrong address in my order?

Contact us as soon as possible by telephone, e-mail or via Instagram or Facebook. We will then get to work immediately for you and hope to be able to tackle the problem in time. 

How do I redeem a discount code?

Lucky you! You have received a discount code. You can enter this discount code during the payment process. For more information, see the answer to the first question: "How do I place an order".

What should I do if a pair of shoes is sold out?

We do our best to ensure a constant stock. In the unlikely event that a model is sold out, it usually takes a maximum of three weeks before the pair is back in stock. You can still order the pair, so you can be sure that you will receive the shoes. The expected shipping date on your order confirmation. We will always email you with the track and trace code as soon as the shoes are sent. That way you will always be aware of the delivery of your package. 

Wolky@Work does not sell my shoe size, what now?

We make our women's shoes in size 36 to size 43 and our men's shoes in size 40 to size 47. Do you have a different shoe size? Perhaps we can do something for you. Email [email protected], and we will look for a solution. 


What is the best way to care for Wolky@Work shoes?

We make our shoes out of the best leather. To keep your shoes in great condition, they can sometimes use a makeover. You do this by brushing them occasionally with shoe polish. Use shoe polish by color, so depending on your shoes you choose black or blue shoe polish. Coat them well, allow them to absorb and then brush them out. Your shoes look like new again.

Another tip for extra long lasting shoes: Leather stays beautiful for longest when it also gets rest occasionally. It is best to give your shoes a rest every day. You can do this, for example, by alternating your pairs or - with separate foot beds - changing the foot beds.
